It's going well, I have avoided drinking, and I've just managed to cook myself a plate of pasta which I have eaten and should make me feel better. Really just want bedtime to hurry up and get onto day 2. I hate day 1s.

This morning I felt really sick and had terrible dark thoughts, was seriously considering ringing an ambulance. Shocking how bad alcohol affects the mind, more than the body in my experience.
