Day 5

Morning all,

Slept for 10 hours. Still feel shattered.

Struggling with always feeling thirsty!

So today going to try to drink as much as I can

Congrats on day 5!
I drank all the water I wanted/needed early on It helped my cravings also. If I wanted a drink of the barley pop, I would drink water and still do that today.

drink, drink, drink....water, sports drinks, I don't know if your area has this but there is a Body Armour drink that is delicious in many flavors in the stores and it has a ton of vitamins in the drink as well.
Day 5...I'm usually starting to get over the "hump" of detox hell.
I hope you can hold on.....

Thanks all.

I’m doing really well really, shakes have stopped. Just the tiredness and thirst seems to be the only problems

Up to day 10 was really rough for me...I WISH I could get as much sleep as you are....
However, it seems the sleep is disturbing to you so I hope you start to feel more like "yourself" soon.

The was the biggest thing my AA bro told me....

was...

...Lots of sugary stuff when I craved. It tricks the brain...

I drank gallons of water and sports drinks as well. I stayed full all of the time too.

Getting clean was not the time to go on a diet.

Love and Thanks.
