Dizzy
So that's all done.
Blood test, eye test and dentist.
The dentist said I need a wisdom tooth out
I really cant face that right now - I'm going to wait for a bit and cross my fingers I don't get any pain.
All those appointments have made my AV quite loud.
I think it's because it's so boring just waiting around and being poked and prodded.
I cant relax.

Big caveat to start, I was obese. I‘m 6 feet tall and weighed 110Kg (about 18 stone). I drank 70+ units a week and was sedentary. My diet wasn’t too bad, and I ate healthily.
By cutting the booze by half and joining a gym, I started losing 1Kg a week. The two go together as there’s no way someone on 70 units could manage the gym, plus the gym makes you realise empty calories such as booze are bad news. Oh and by going to the gym, I wasn’t sat at home drinking. I’m no gym rat, but if you want to lose weight, it’s important.
I’be been 90Kg for 2 years now. Without booze in the equation, I don’t put weight on.
