Day 15 gratitude
Day 15 gratitude
Firstly many thanks to SR for being here when I reached out just over 2 weeks ago.
Grateful to wake up today and grateful that those closest to me woke up today.
Grateful to be sober.
Grateful to have a home to live in.
Grateful to have a bed to rest in.
Grateful to have food to eat.
Grateful to have a sponsor who I can relate to and who "gets me"
Grateful to still have my physical health and be able to play sports and go for long walks in nature.
Today I choose to be joyful and bring joy to others where possible.
Have a wonderful day everyone.
Sorry that has been posted 3 times not sure why that happened.

Day 16
Grateful for all the support I have received from the SR community and the 319.
Grateful once again to have woken up today and that those closest to me woke up.
Grateful to be sober.
Grateful to be re-discovering the real me one day at a time.
Grateful to be on a path that has light and not darkness and futility.
Grateful I can be open and honest in sobriety rather than lying to myself and others whilst drinking/using.
Grateful that i'm involved in the things that I do on a daily basis rather than just getting things done for the sake of it so I can drink/use.
Grateful that my life is inclusive now rather than being all about me. Now I can truly do things for others without thinking about it or expecting something in return.
Today I choose to be joyful and bring joy to others where possible.
Have a great day everyone
