Save for one or two slip ups, my sober days are adding up and I do not want to mess it up by drinking again.
Mantras are good - but don't forget the action behind them!

Max I hope you do!! You already have the drinking and exercise part down😊.

Dee I saw something you wrote for someone else on slips, I know I should not just dismiss them, well I shouldn't have.The action behind it...
I've never been a good finisher, I start things great but never quite seems to go the distance. That may be the key for me, learn to be a finisher, how ever one learns to be that I have to now look.

I had to make sobriety my new routine. It was hard at first but it becomes second nature after a while.
