Hello

Hi I am a wife and daughter to people who have substance misuse. My mother is and alcoholic and my husband had issues with cocaine. Whilst I am supportive to help both my loved one stay on course it is so jarring and emotionally draining when they fall of the wagon. I am currently seeking help to cope with another relapse by my husband of 4 years.

It must be hard to watch someone you love relapse and fall back into using again.

He is lucky to have your support, but you need support too and that is where we can help

Hi Hope, welcome to SR. A lot of support for you from people who understand and some who have experienced what you’re going through. xx
