Day 4 now? How'd the BBQ go?

Day 4 yes, it was a very nice evening. I had a pretty good day as well. I have a condition that started last year at about 10 months sober, with my thyroid and it makes me have palpitations every 10 seconds or so, and with my anxiety that's not a good combo. Went away for a few months but seems to have come back so I have had quite a rough day, other than a great work out earlier today. But I am sober, so I am grateful.
