I don't let my cat outside. She doesn't want to go out, for that matter. She sits out on the balcony, but she's never been out in the world in the 20 years I've had her. I don't know why people let their cats out. It's not good for the wildlife and it's not good for the cats.

20 year old cat? Wow! I had no idea they could live that long. It must have had a pretty stress-free life.
We used to put the dogs out into the fenced back yard for the day but quit doing that to prevent them from bringing in dirt and ruining the furniture. Now they just stay in but go out a few times a day for business purposes. My kid's bull dog mix would love to have a litter box and not have to go outside at all.

Late today as been doing some gardening / playing ball with Alfie
Lovely sunny day in London again. Just been watching a interview on tv about naturists doing yoga on Zoom, not for me but gave me a giggle.

Thank you again for the Birthday wishes. I had a really good day yesterday.
Today though I am experiencing an after-Birthday low (quite expected though) - too philosophical, some "Now what" questions, more urgency to live a life instead of runing from pain piling up.
I hope more coffee will help. And a workout later)

Well I managed to get a new carer there this morning, she called out to the house and I hired her there and then. Hopefully she will work out. Now, if we
only we can get out with less restrictions here it should improve my mood more.

Kaily..."naturists"? Is that people without their clothes? Naturists must be a polite English term. I don't think you could pay me to watch that.
My coffee isn't hot enough. I don't have a microwave. That is the only reason to have one, so I'll just live with the imperfection.
Cityboy, my cat is old but you'd never know it. She seems happy and pretty healthy for an old cat. When they go outside they get into trouble! Cars, predators, antifreeze, poisoning, cat fights, dogs, disease. She's been practicing social distancing forever.

Yes Bim, nudes. It was daytime tv so not rude, just innuendos. They also do keep fit classes.
I can't stop eating chocolate and sweets. It sounds so minor but its not. I think about them all the time. Skip meals to eat them. Plan and reward with them. Argue with myself in the shop about them. Proper addiction. The behaviour worries me as it is getting worse. Somehow I am not gaining weight so in a way that allows me to do it more. Just getting it out there..
