I am the same type of binger. Alcohol is the constant but I will certainly add drugs into the mix. I regularly have week-long binges where I have no clear memory of what I was doing. I will remember snippets, but no idea what day of the week it came from or if it even happened at all. It's all a blur. Thanks for sharing. I am on day 7 again and will take inspiration from you! Congrats on a year!
