Day 50
 

Hi quick update I'm on day 50 today. Been up and downs but I'm so happy I've stuck at it. Ive lost 10 pounds and feel so much better being sober. Looking forward to seeing how i feel at 100 days.

When you see it written down like that it's more amazing.

I got used to looking on here and thinking 'If I get to day 6 I'll be doing amazing, I'll feel better, I'll have earned a drink'.

And now days lead to more days...if you asked me to guess I'd say you were on Day 12 and me on about day 15. Time flies when you're.... sober !!!!!!

That is great news Tink!!! There definitely are inevitable ups and downs. We can ride that ride with a clear mind and a good perspective or drunk, hungover and feeling like death. The ups and downs come regardless. I am so happy for you.

Congrats, 50 days is awesome! How have you pulled that off?
