I believe the reason for my existence on this planet is to learn about help. Help is a simple word. Just four letters. But so powerful in concept and practice.

When I ask for help, it exponentially increase the possibility that the people that help me will receive help through the act of helping me.

When I give help, it exponentially increases the possibility that I will receive help through the act of giving help.

When I open myself to receiving help, it exponentially increases the possibility that I will be more likley to ask, give, and receive help in the future.

Help is a win/win situation. For mankind. For the planet. For the universe. We can change the world by thinking globally and acting locally, starting with ourselves. Ask, give, and receive help.

I was a bit concerned when I read the title but I'm glad you're OK and you're right, the act of giving or receiving help has consequences way beyond the two parties concerned.
