25 months sober....do not drink!
Well I didn't think I'd ever make it this far but May 1st will be 25 months sober. Not a lot has changed other than I actually SLEEP at night. That alone is worth the effort. I want to get back in the gym when this virus issue blows over. I had the physique of a Greek God before alcoholism got it's final grip on me. I need to come up with some other goals to make sobriety work for me.My secret is....do not drink! That's it! Don't take the first one!

Thats the only secret that works 👍
Taking a reward after x days or weeks or having just the one will end badly. I did it that way for years.

Yep. That's my mantra. I don't drink. Like many, I would give in for just that one until it became just 1 bottle, then 2 and then luckily near death, something inside came alive and I don't drink.
