9 months!
I'm a few days away from my 9-month date!!!! Never thought I'd get here!!!!
Yet again, I had someone try to bring me down - telling me I'm not doing sobriety right. I've learned to NOT listen to these voices. I would NEVER tell someone else they are doing this wrong - this person really showed their true self to me. I wish them well.
I'm going to have some cereal and then walk around the lakes - takes about 5 hours to do the route I take. It's such a beautiful day!!!
The world is difficult to navigate under normal conditions for us - right now is not normal!!! Remember to focus on the now - that's all we have!

Good Job on your continue focus on achieving a strong recovery foundation to live your life upon for yrs to come.
It's when we let go of our recovery lifelines and support that we can get into trouble slipping back into old behaviors setting us back from achieving progress. Not perfect, but great healthy honest progress in moving forward.
