This has been a rough one but at almost 2 weeks sober the severe anxiety finally let up yesterday so for that i am greatful... My motivation and energy is returning...
Going to be 60 degrees today here in Chicago so im going to go on a walk or maybe a bike ride.
As usual im eating a ton and put on 8 pounds since being sober 😰 this is what happens to me everytime... And that's a whooole other story 🙃🙃
But other than that im well... Been attending a few online meetings per day....
