I'm right there with you. We can do this.

I think getting outside helps a lot. I'm glad you're feeling better.

I am feeling better. I am the one that needs to do the work required to stay sober.

Where there is life there is hope. I read a few stories of teenagers dying of alcoholic positioning at a party after drinking 1 bottle of vodka/ bourbon. It’s so tragic to think just one bottle of spirits was enough to take the life a a young person with their whole lives ahead of them.

We all make mistakes, it’s sad some pay for them with their lives when they were just after some innocent fun.

I need this change in my life. Drinking alcohol for me is not enjoyable and leads to me vomiting and being deppressed and anxious.

Alcohol has no benefits but far too many costs.

that's so sad teenagers died :( that's exactly what I generally drink so it hits close to home.
I also vomit and get super anxious when I drink so I totally understand.

Yea some fresh air does wonders. I need some myself right about now. Good job on day 3. No sense stopping now.

The work begins with a sobriety plan that is well thought out and detailed.
