When it comes down to it, dont pick up that drink. The urge will pass and life will go on. You will feel and be much better. Good luck. Hold tough for about 5 days and it will keep getting better from there.

Welcome Flowing. You don't need luck. Just walk away from the fight. There is lots of peace and quiet, and a clear head. Every day. So much less to plan and worry about.
