Good morning,
This is my first post. Today is day 4 for me. I hit rock bottom this past Wednesday. I’m here for support, encouragement, suggestions and to meet others that understand what this all feels like. I have noticed there are groups to join such as “class of March 2020”. Does anyone know if there is a “class of April 2020”? I look forward to checking out so much on this site, but would also like to really connect with those on my same timeline.

Day 4 is great and you should be on the way to feeling better physically and mentally. Jumping in with the April 2020 group is a good way to start to feel comfortable here.

Great to meet you, newhope! Wonderful news that you have 4 days sober. I'm sorry for what you went through on Wednesday - but so glad you've made the decision to get free. We're here to encourage you.
