New to this forum
 

2 weeks home now already. I am using this time to make sure I stay connected to the outside world, by online meetings, talking to family everyday, which are all in another state, and feeding my mind daily with positive words, reading, writing, meditation, music, and maintaining a grateful attitude while home. Has everyday been easy? absolutely not, it has been days when I wish I had some family here , but I am glad to have a recovery forum to connect to.
