different for everyone. I had night sweats and anxiety, mild shakes. Not much else. I was lucky. Lots have insomnia, lack of appetite, and lots more. Eat and get some rest and stay hydrated. congrats on 2 days. the first 3 and then 5 or 10 are, or were for me, the toughest. Just keep it up and the days will roll by. Next thing you know you are feeling great and your a non drinker. Welcome aboard.
Welcome!
Good job on getting through Day 2. Day 3 was full of anxiety for me and lack of sleep also. But, the anxiety will lessen as you move on. Things will improve soon. Try to get some exercise each day and eat well, drink lots of water and be kind to yourself.

Doing great. Got outside for some yard work because it was finally nice and somewhat warm out today around here. The wife and daughter came out and helped. Glad spring is here. I listened to online church also from across the room. I'm coming up on 10 months of not drinking and really I never think about it anymore. Its the new normal.

Fantastic! Congrats on 10 months I am fairly sure I could leave the bottle alone. My biggest fear was getting through the detox. I had been drinking 2-3 bottles per day sometimes more. It just became a habit and something I needed to sleep.
My plan is to stay sober for 30 days and then assess if I could be a one glass kind of girl or stay on the wagon.
Again,congrats!
