Hello, my name is Sabra. I'm new to this website and not exactly sure if I'm doing this right, lol. But I hope that I will be able to use this site in times of need and to help me stay on track with everything going on in our world today and the forced isolation. Being isolated and alone is a huge trigger for me sometimes so hopefully I can direct my idle time towards more healthy things such as meeting new people and support here.
