I'm sorry for your loss Lortle - but you're right - you need to stop.
I'm sure your Dad would not want to see you beating yourself up like this.
Grief is hard - but drinking on it just make that wound stay red raw - there's no healing only temporary numbing.

Lortle, i am so,so sorry. Losing your Dad is one of those awful things we just dont ever have to deal with in life.
if you were sober before, you can do this. You need to feel & not let this poignant time in your life be a regret.

I’m sorry for your loss Lortle, losing a parent is awful. Maybe join the March class? I lost my mom 2 years ago and it was helpful to have the support of my class to help me stay sober. Please take care of yourself x
