The massage was flipping wonderful Hawkeye! I feel so relaxed and sat here with a roaring fire, all snuggly listening to storm Jorge outside.
Sao, I think getting out for a walk has been one of the big issues for me as up round my way it’s been driving rain and wind for months. So whilst I’d love to get out more it’s just not often been an option. It’s not a built up area and lots of hills and fields and moors so when the bad weather rolls in it’s pretty awful.
Gonna have an early night tonight and thankfully no cravings since my massage this afternoon! Take care everyone x

Today I have been meal prepping and have all my lunches done for work next week, all made from scratch:
- Shepherds Pie with roasted Brussels and carrots
- coconut chickpea and sweetheart cabbage curry with smashed red potatoes in a little Dijon mustard mayonnaise
- caramelised onion sausages chopped up and mixed with roasted Brussels and carrots and smashed red potatoes with butter
- Moroccon lamb meatballs and tatziki in a pitta with salad.
Got a few extra portions of the curry and shepherds pie so gonna freeze them and means less meal prepping next Sunday!
Pretty pleased with myself haha xx

I am allergic to garlic and onions Manta, but your cooking sounds so fantastic to me I am thinking I could eat those caramelised onions.....oh gosh that all sounds so yum.

Happy Sunday! My house is clean, I’ve rested well this weekend. I don’t think of alcohol too much. If I do I think of how gross it taste, how sick I feel when I drink. My blood work was excellent, so I feel it’s a fresh start.
