Day 1 always sucks, and our addiction capitalizes on this with the **** it tactic.
Don’t listen, stay strong, and it will pass.
I also relapsed plenty but am on my way to 8 months now.
It gets better all the time.
Trust us and get those first sober days back in the bank.
