Don't buy booze, don't go to the Casino, find as much support as you need and use that support before you drink, not after....
I hope you decide to change soon,
ps I understand setting a target but go for gold, man- recovery is a life changing event, not a fad diet for a finite period of time.

How about asking your self what you might do if a Dr or Surgeon told you
"You have a life threatening illness that left untreated, will kill you painfully and slowly"
Would you take that a bit more seriously ?
There has been 2 threads recently in another section of these forums which can evidence that this thing, alcoholism, plays for keeps.

make a recovery plan to deal with your drinking addiction and stick to it--no shortcuts, I'm afraid.
Resolve never to go to a casino again, or engage in gambling in any form.
