An opinion
I have been around this site for around 8 weeks now and have found it to be an immense support. The ability of people that I will never meet to help, advise and if necessary question, has helped me find a clearer route to what I hope will be long term sobriety.
Sometimes people will post something that I may not want to hear, or may not agree with, but for the most part that is done in a gentle and constructive way and is not so opinionated as to offend.
May that be preserved and promoted.

One thing us addicts need to cultivate is tolerance for ourself and others. Opinions and advice are just that and we have a choice to take it or leave it but I believe all that is said here is meant to help and is offered as expressions of caring. Glad you find this place helpful.

Good point Pete, Principles Before Personalities. Especially here at the cyber tables where all we have is words and words can be all too easy to misinterpret.
