So very proud of you, Sohard.

Your comment about life being easier than when we're drinking - that was something I hadn't expected. I actually thought I'd miss it and long for it - when in fact it was such a huge, soul satisfying relief to be free of it. In the end, there was danger and misery in every sip.

Yes it is fantastic! It’s scary to say, but when I was drinking I couldn’t wait for life to be over. Now that I’m sober, I don’t ever want it to end. Surreal. And unexpected.
