Thanks for asking! Wasn’t nearly as scary as I thought! Never even thought about that after work drink (and then the 10 after that).
It’s 4:30 here and that’s usually party time for me. I can honestly say i have absolutely no craving for a drink. I do however have a huge craving for the chicken and mashed potatoes I picked up for dinner but need to show constraint until the better half gets home. I could really get used to this sobriety thing

Taking a month off for just recovery was a wonderful decision. I’ve needed to do that for about 15 years. You have inspired me to get help for a solid month. Your health is priceless. Enjoy all the great sober moments you will have with your children and have an excellent return to work.
