I have never taken it as my doc is alcohol. If it helps you get off opioids, I say go for it by all means. But, as with anything, be careful. My brother reacts terribly to it and had to go to the hospital after trying to take it.

I don’t know anything about it either, are you working with a doctor on dosage and a plan to not need long Term?

I have no experience either but just wanted you to know we do have a suboxone forum - it's not terrifically busy but you can probably read for an hour or so on the different opinions.

If your doctor has prescribed it, shouldn’t it be fine? I usually trust they know what they’re doing. I as well don’t know much about it but the link above will have more people that are in the same situation and can help.

suboxone is strong. Its has a long half life. It will definitely make you feel better and if you take two much it will get you a little high. It can also be very hard to stop.
