Feeling much better. Sleeping well again. No cravings for alcohol. Less emotional.

Awesome Mary! It sure is nice to get quality sleep again isn’t it? My wife even said my snoring went away. Another side effect of alcohol that has magically disappeared.

That is awesome news Mary!!! 31 days is the longest month, so that one is locked down and in the books!!! I'm only a few weeks ahead of you and will tell you it gets better and better.
