Good morning fam happy hump day. Aaah yes I'm home from work chillin in my heated porch drinking a cup of Joe. Missed doing that the past couple of days due to me having to work 12 hours and be back in 12 hours dont want to be tossing and turning from the Joe. Lol. But being I got that over with. I am back to my normal hours. Thus I'm able to indulge with a cup of java and still have time to unwind and sleep. And I'm ok with that. Now if this was 249 days ago my twisted self would sacrifice sleep to squeeze in some brewskys pretty sad I'm glad them days are over with. I'm about done with this book I'm reading. This Naked Mind. I highly recommend this book. It could be the key to your freedom fam real talk. Shoot it gave me a whole different look on this addiction thing. So yeah sending all my sober vibes to all of you. This journey is just getting better its so cool. I'm so proud of me and anyone who decides to take the sober path . is it easy? Yes and no. But once you get a good taste of it. Your going to keep wanting it more. I love it. ✌

Ive heard that book mentioned here many times, but I was so relieved to be off the crazy train, I just wanted to stop focusing on alcohol and move forward, but I think I'll download it and give it a read.
