How are you doing today Supermario? I'm in the UK too and AA hotline is really good, as are the Samaritans, as others have suggested. I hope you feel a little better today. Would you consider an AA meeting? I know when I went I got lots of people's phone numbers who said to call them anytime-sounds like that would be a great help for you. Hope you're feeling a better today anyway

I know how you feel.. hit face book in the early morning.. like I do.. got to talk to a friend in Budapest no kidding.. there is a connecting chat phone on the system.. we were just wow. Wisconsin to Budapest is this the party to whom I am speaking. my hubby was laughing so hard. we all had coffee at 4 am today.. good luck. and scream into the dark.. I do out here at work at 6am.. no one around good morning trees good morning field mice in the trees. a human would think me nuts. well I am hahahha hugs and prayers ardy
