I thought I would get my last years totals from my ta-tel device and I'm pleased. No goals were or are set, I just take what I get.
Sleep is still trending up also.
Totals:
Steps – 1,727,817
Floors – 2776
Miles – 832
Calories- 902,145
FYI - The above number are important the more I think about it for when me and that family size package of Oreo cookies go at it. I haven't lost that battle yet.
Life still going good and start my new job on Monday.
