Haha - I do a mindfulness technique where you try to fill your head with your breath...and the voice over says ‘Imagine it filling the back of your face...’. I think doing this regularly has made me very mindful of this made-up location 😬

Feeling your pain Erratic - I hope tomorrow is better.
I am feeling so relieved that the holidays are over - I nearly drank several times - I am so glad I didn't - and I really share your motivation to be free of it this month, this year and forever
Venuscat you are so generous with your love - thankyou.

Early nights are really good Erratic. I try to have early nights as much as I can, I love early nights. Our body can get the rest it really needs. I hope you feel a bit better tomorrow
Hello January class of 2020
I just wanted to pop in and share my experience from joining the January 2016 class. It was the best decision I ever made! We supported each other through the good and bad and it's so helpful to share with others who are on the same leg of the journey.
I'm celebrating 4 Years and going into Year 5 and still read and post on SR.
You Can Do This!!! .
I drank for 45 years and the last 10 were horrible. SR saved my life. Wishing you all the best in 2020 and I hope to see you post in coming January threads.
With so much love, Bandi
