Hi everyone.
I was wondering if you could recommend any good recovery podcasts?
I regretfully had a relapse recently and think that this would keep me on track along with books related to recovery.

Since right now, with 3 hosts who have many years of recovery among them, is good.
Unpickled, which I think, used to be called the Bubble Hour, takes a more female point of view.
Also, Lisa’s Recovery Kitchen.

Listen to a podcast called Dopey. Amazingly real and funny podcast about addiction. Amazing.

Recovery Happy Hour, host is Tricia (see @recoveryhappyhour on Insta)
Euphoric AF with Karolina (see @euphoricaf and her site)
Recovery Rocks - Lisa and Tawny host (Lisa Smith wrote "Girl Walks out of a Bar")

Dax Shepard "Armchair Expert" is also good- not always about recovery but he is in it and very open, so it finds its way in to many episodes.

I listen to The Recovery Elevator. its got a few years of weekly epispdes.
