53 days! And I got the part time job !

thanks for everyone's support. I was able to get my HR material and pass the background check. Came back clean! Shame and fear is a big part of my drinking.. Reasons to drink.. numb out
I thank you guys for keeping me steady and sober.
I am very excited to go to this job (has a fitness center) I will still be able to get to my meetings. I am very grateful.
Asked for help and for the desire to be removed.

Hey!!! I was thinking of your Kitty Kat Avatar earlier today.

Anyhow- I really stopped in my tracks and reflected on the support here. I can honestly say this bored helped me stay Sober
It made such a difference when I had real people in cyber land rooting me on and believing in me
I can stay Sober a day at a time. It can be done and you show me how.:scoregood

when my brain was telling me:
A) You will not get the job
B) interviewing is a pain
C) you need a full time job not a part time job that you can focus on recovery- (even though I living with my parents and can capitalize from this)
D) oh you well never pass a back ground check. all the loss jobs/PC for alcohol- came back clean which is pure Grace.
E) If you drink all this anxiousness will disappear this is a fact. (voice leaves out temporarily about an 1 1/2)

Below my all time favorite
F) You can quit drinking as soon as you get a job
