Day 6
 

Day 6 been to work which was good then got message from my brother asking if i was sorted for xmas. My mam isn't speaking to me so i sked if he would collect a present and card from me i have from my dad to my mam, my dad had a stroke so can't shop himself. He refused saying he would not be messenger!!! It has really upset me, its like whenever i have contact from my family they stress me out.
anyway im not going to drink so a sober victory at least.

Tinker, family stresses do seem to be worse at Christmas. It sounds like your Dad doesn't want to be involved in your issues with your mother. Maybe you could mail the gift and card? Above all, make your recovery a priority. :)
