Morning thoughts
 
Waking up sober this morning, I felt the old guilt surging from my past.
Read this from a little paper I have by my bed (which I believe might have come from here): Another chance, another day to mend, to change, to start again. We can do this.

WOW me too- so much traumatic pain/guilt I have put myself through because I am addicted to alcohol

love this quote. I Am going to write it down also.
it is so try and can help me a day at a time.
