Meditation and Manifesting
Good evening my dear SR family,
I hope everyone is doing well and getting through it day by day.
I wanted to share that I have been practicing my meditation and visualizing outcomes. When I go deep into the practice, I stop thinking and try to allow my Higher Power, this incredible Universe and it's flow of power, to guide my visions. I then focus on the feeling of peace and ask God to manifest what is right for me, and only that.
I finished my 5th step and went to sit alone for an hour, as recommended in the Big Book. I sat by the water right across from an apartment that my sister and I had put an offer to rent. We hadn't heard back and I felt my energy need me there. So I sat and stared at the water, read the first 5 steps and asked myself, "Have I been thorough, has my work thus far been solid?" The answer came with a definitive and resounding YES. I felt that I had. I heard a noise and opened my eyes and saw not one, but at least 5 manatees pop their heads out of the water, like Whack-a-Moles.
I got so excited and happy. I felt JOY.
I knew at that moment that whatever this beautiful Universe sends me is the right thing because it already mine. It has always been mine.
I said a prayer and asked God to please put me in this space I sat across from, that I could be at peace there with my family, but only to put me there if it is already mine. If it already IS.
Today we got the notice of the approval. We move in at the end of the month.

Nic, that's a great post and I'm so glad you and your sister got the apartment. I hope you love it there. I think when we really open ourselves to the Universe, amazing things can happen.
