Are you Day 8 now herby?? If so, that is incredible. Think of what your body has rid itself of. Your organs are catching their breath. I am happy for you. I can remember my Day 8 as well as it was only 11 days ago and I will tell you that in those 11 days you will start to feel really amazing changes taking place physically and mentally. Try to start working in some walking and more vigorous exercise if your health permits that.
