Day 70

Hi, day 70. Feeling pretty good but still avoiding walking through the alcohol section in the shop which isn't easy with the way they lay out supermarkets especially nearing Xmas there's bottles everywhere.
No hangover in the morning is the best way to wake up every morning.
Amazing how much healthier I'm feeling, no coughs or colds, aches or pains.

I couldn't agree more! I don't recall ever waking up after a drinking session and not regretting the previous night's actions. Congrats on your 70 days!

Awesome! Congrats on 70 days. We don’t have alcohol in supermarkets where I live so I’m lucky in that respect. If we did I’d prefer avoiding those aisles too.
