Hopefully one day you'll want to be sober more than you want to drink. The last time you posted, you mentioned your upcoming Christmas Party (which I'm guessing today is the aftermath of) you didn't reply to any comments and abandoned the forum immediately.
You'll know when you truly want to be sober. It definitely sounds like you need to be, but want and need are different things.

I’m sorry you’re hurting. Alcohol will do that to you both while drinking and the aftermath. I hope you’ve truly stopped today, drink some water, eat something and wake up ready to recover.
You can make this your final day one. What have you tried in the past to get sober? I’m not sure if you have weekends off, but maybe you can try to take tomorrow off and use the next few days to get yourself feeling a little better physically.

There's a lot more to life than the constant chaos alcohol brought me. Sure there's still 'stuff' that happens sober but, it's more of a controlled chaos nowadays. Get some help.. I could only get a few days sober with only SR until I would drink again. It took court ordered AA(I'm not an AA'er but it helped me) and posting/reading here daily to get to 3yrs+(minus 1 night). No shame in getting help. I let embarrassment/fear keep me drinking, drugging and gambling for far too long.

Hope you find a way to get out of that cycle. I would drink so much on weekends that I would have to call in sick on Monday. After a while, I ended taking off Tuesday. I was still a mess on Wednesday, but managed to get through. It was a nightmare. I couldn't get out of that cycle by myself and had to get outside help to break it. Had to get into a sober environment. Best thing I ever did but it wasn't easy. Might want to consider it. Best of Luck. John
Stable, I am sorry you are struggling, but I am not sorry you are in pain. Sounds hard, but you need to remember how you feel right now and know that you never have to feel that way again. It is my memory of how I felt those first days that help keep me sober. This can be day one, then it will only get better. But right now, water, water, water.

I'm sorry to read you're still struggling Stable.
I have no new suggestions man - I make them every thread and you should be able to repeat them back to me by now
I just hope you can find it in yourself to make some changes, get some help, and make this your last day one.
