Great job! I ordered an inexpensive “gratitude “ journal on amazon and it has really helped me. It’s a very simple set up to just write down 4-5 things I am grateful for the day. I like to add post it’s inside for to do lists, reminders on why I am staying sober and how to stay sober. Writing in general just really helps |
