Thanks, yes I need to cover every eventuality and when my mind says have a drink omg it can turn so quickly

Don't forget your go-to right now is alcohol. Look to the source of the craving, like tiredness, hunger, thirst, habit triggers, stress.

I promise you that if you can hold out you won't automatically turn to alcohol at times of stress.
