Day 1 Priorities...
 

Day 1 priorities today have been well, recovery.

Started out very bad in the morning... the worst of it has been a mess of a house that makes this feel worse.

Its now been a full 24 hours though.

Tomorrow will priorities will be cleaning up my apartment and trying to get some exercise in.

One day at a time.

Sounds like a good start GI. don;t let too many days slip by tho without thinking about what you'll do, in a direct way, to deal with cravings, temptations and the not so good days and not drink again.
