That’s great Mummy, have you thought about things you want to put in place to help keep you sober?

Glad your back, for me getting day one out of the way was definitely the hardest part, I never thought I would get through it, but I'm so glad I did, keep strong and see you on day 3 x

Well done. Each day will get better and better.

As Delilah mentioned, have you thought about what concrete plans and action you will put in place to keep sober this time? I have mentioned this in a few of your previous threads over the months, but you don't reply (apart from when you once said 'adding to my plan as I go' but didn't mention what you are actually doing?)

Some real changes need to be made in order to stop a repetitive cycle.

As the days go by you’ll feel less out of sorts. Do you have a recovery plan, meetings, support system?
