3 day clean of alcohol

hi,
I am alcoholic, I doing my home detox with my friend as there is not possible to get facility detox at hospital in the UK. I been given lubrium by gp as that help calm down. I been drinking on and off for several years. just need to chat with someone with simulare problems

its a bit hard because a was drunk constantly for months, iam level alcoholic. so no one practicly. but people who know it some of them used it

It's great to meet you, Khandra. We all understand how you're feeling . When I quit I had been drinking all day for a long time. The first days were rough, but everything got better. I began to heal and enjoy life again. You will get there.

The first three days are the worse, so well done! It should be downhill from here, though obviously it won't be easy. Try to keep yourself occupied! God bless you.
