72 Days. Am grateful.

This has been a long journey for me. I don't have a handle on anything. I'm a slowwwwwww learner. But I'm grateful today for all of you. So grateful. Just wanted to let you know.

That's wonderful!! You are getting a handle on it, day by day. Keep going! It may be rough at times, but it will get better.

Hang on to the gratitude. It doesn't have to be directed at us, although that's fine. It's always nice to be appreciated. Gratitude has some odd properties for me, and sometimes I feel it but have nothing to direct it at. I'm just grateful for good fortune, I guess. And unlike other emotions which come and go. I found that gratitude is something I can actually cultivate. Not exactly; It may be that it's always there, but we get used to it and stop paying attention to it. Take some time daily to remember it. For me, I can remember it and experience it all over again, and it keeps me headed on the path I want to be on. You might think of it as tool, not just a transient feeling.
