Holiday and 100 days!
Well today is day 100 sober.
Coincidently I致e flown back to Spain today for a holiday/to sort some of my stuff out that I left here.
In the UK I知 building a great life.
Being here, in Spain, where I did some of my worst drinking (I left here 100 days ago as well), I知 filled with regret and also the urge is strong today.
I知 doing more than good in the UK. I can go all day without thinking about drinking. I知 training for a half marathon.
I dunno. Just venting I guess

If Spain is getting to you that much, right now, maybe think about going home. It will be there when you want to go again. The "100s" as I started calling them were a big shift forward for me in lots of ways - but I wasn't taking trips or even going to places that used to or reminded me of my big drinking days.
Keep going - you can do this, wherever you are in the world! And that great life in the UK will be there for you to keep building when you come back sober.

It will get easier. I did a holiday somewhere around 70 days and the first day or two was difficult. After that holidaying sober became my new normal. I used this forum daily while I was on holiday. I even started a little holiday thread where I received lots of hand-holding. Perhaps you could do that too.
