I have a craving like no other this morning.
I'm probably triggering myself moving from one room in my house to another - all of the memories (good and bad - mostly bad) from my drinking days.
But I won't act on it.

One day at a time.

I am feeling well.
I did not drink - nor did I even come close.

Cravings don't last forever.
