Sober Sunday
Hello nice people,
I wanted to post good morning. Day 16. I am up early and getting ready for my beginners meeting and then speaker meeting.
I love this meeting since its a melting pot of people from all the different meetings I have attended. They all come together in this meeting in one room. AA is so magical at times.
anyhow how do I feel today?? physically- clear headed, rested, calm and a bit fat. I am going to have to check out the nutrition threads
Thank you everyone for being here. I did get on my knees and ask for the compulsion/obsession to be removed. As of now it has been lifted.
Have a great Sober Sunday/rest/nurture yourself/self care maybe a little walk around the block to get your heart pumping.

Good morning and happy sober Sunday to you. Good job on the 16. Glad you made the choice . you won't regret it I promise you. It gets better. But there is only one way to find out right? Glad you are feeling better. Me im on day 190 taking a morning stroll. Love it.

Awesome meetings. Great pizza lunch. I actually feel good today. I am just going to go with it for a bit. I am very grateful. Two weeks ago today I could barely stand up. Keep food down or tears from falling down my cheeks. I am so fortunate I do not have to go through this alone.
